Product Care
- Do not wring out ball agressivley, as it may cause tears
- Rinse off the nets, ball, and bag with fresh water after each use
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Squeeze out water from ball after each use
- Avoid bouncing ball on solid surfaces to maintain bounce on water

Great game. Easy set up. Modified rules required to hold beverage in one hand and play with one hand :).
We absolutely love this game. However, the purchase and shipping took way too long (over 2 months) and then I had to pay $50 in custom fees. I realize that it’s not the owner’s fault but having more places to purchase from ,(since this game is getting so popular) would be great! I ended up paying almost $150 for the whole set which is way too much. I’m not sure if sites like Amazon is feasible, but it would be awesome. Still rating five stars because it’s a great game and I understand that small businesses have to build! Would recommend..

I sincerely apologize for the delayed delivery - we were sold out from late June until end of August and shipped out inventory as soon as we were back in stock.
Regarding customs, I was not aware these fees were not included in the shipping method selected at checkout by the customer. I have temporarily disabled international shipping to most countries as I make some changes with Shopify. In the future, these will be more clearly communicated up front at checkout.

I was very excited to get out on the sandbar this year. Ordered this on July 6 and never received. I sent a email and got the auto response about supply etc. expect delivery in August. Now I get an email asking me to review my purchase!?? Hope to eventually try it out and give a review of the game!
Hey Wes. Please accept my sincere apoligies. Your shipping label was purchased on September 8, but it somehow slipped through the cracks and was never dropped off at UPS. We processed close to 1000 orders over the span of a few days once we received inventory back in stock and must have mislabeled one.
Your order was shipped today and you should receive it in 2-3 days from UPS. We'll issue a store credit for a future purchase as an apology. Happy Skypin' :)
2 months delivery is too long!
All orders placed between June 22 - August 31 were PREorders, as SkypBall was out of stock and noted as such on our website. The following was communicated in your confirmation email: 'Pre-order item delivers as soon as available'.
Now that we are back in stock, orders are shipped out within 24hrs and delivered in the time window estimated by the carrier selected at checkout. Please accept my apologies if this was unclear in your checkout process.
