Shipping policy

SkypBall will ship your order with the shipping option selected by the customer upon checkout. Once the order is fulfilled and taken to the location of the shipping carrier, the contents of the package are handled exclusively by the carrier. SkypBall has no control of transit times or delays by the carrier. 

Estimated delivery times are set by the carrier and NOT by SkypBall.
